The installation team was part of the MCKB crew and you can tell they have tight communication and work experiences together. Hany remained the primary point of contact throughout the process, including when we wanted cabinet door adjustments. Work was done on time and on schedule.
But to me, the real strength to going with a reputable firm like MCKB is that they stand behind their work. About 2 weeks after the full installation, I noticed a hairline fracture on the refrigerator panel. A quick email to Hany and replacement was ordered and reinstalled.
